Well people I am utterly depressed officially. First of all my knee is killing me today I don't know why but it keeps feeling like a stabbing pain every few mins. I have had this before its nothing bad just a pain nut it HURTS...
Second I gained another 1.4lbs, I just don't get it I ate right all week stayed focused worked out 4-5 times this week and only fell off the wagon once and ate 3 girl scout cookies but its not like I ate the whole box or had 3 cookies a day I had three cookies one time...and I still managed to gain 1.4 lbs I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY?!?!?!?!? I did however loose some inches not many a bit in my legs and that was it but still its something. I'm just so frustrated and upset and discouraged.
Why does the number have to go up why cant it at least stay the same I was soo excited when I first started I lost 7 lbs and was all pumped and then BAM gain back a total of 4.6lbs of the 7 lbs it just sucks. I really sad.. :(
I was going to start P90X on April 1 but I think I might just pull that date in a few days to Wed. March 30 I know its only a few days but it will maybe give me the motivation I need to push harder to get the results I want and the results I have seen people get using this system.

ReplyDeleteI know how you feel about the weight creeping on BUT you have to realize that if you gained weight but lost inches... that's awesome!! That means that you might have gained some muscle. Don't get discouraged because if you know you are truly doing things right, the results will show.
Keep it up and can't wait to follow your P90X journey.
And hope that knee gets better. =)
I've been frustrated for far too long, only for people to tell me to stop looking at the damn scale! I've lost inches, and Annie above is completely right, you've gained muscle girl!!!
