Gained 3.2 lbs...FML

3.2lbs How did I gain 3.2 lbs. These are the things I hate about weight loss you do soo good all week and bust your butt in workouts to come to the scale and see these blue numbers flashing at you, the whole thing is stupid and sucks!!!!!!!

I have been working out a lot and I have been doing the Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred and her No More Trouble Zone workouts and was burning 500 calories in 30 mins...(oh yeah I got a awesome new gadget! I got a heart rate and calorie monitor watch yeah mee!) I didn't eat anything bad but I wasn't eating as often and as much as I should have been. So I think that a few things came into play here:
FIRST:: I think that I am gaining muscle (Jillian is all about training with a combo of weight lifting and cardio moves) by not doing just cardio to burn fat but gain muscle to burn more fat! And as we all know muscle weighs more then fat so yeah reason one
SECOND:: I think that since I wasn't eating this week during my regular intervals of 3 hours and was eating smaller portions of the food I normally do that my body went into like a starvation mode even though I wasn't hungry!

I know in my mind that even if you aren't hungry you still need to eat every 2-3 hours to keep your body fueled and I Know this so why did I not do it!! Agghh its so frustrating!!

EVEN though I gained 3.2lbs this week I did manage to still lose some inches! Not many and not all over just here and there!! And I didn't gain any inches anywhere so that is a good sign!!

Today is the start of a new week and new goals and this week my goal is to follow my eating schedule to a T!! No missing meals/snacks no excuses just like what I gave up for lent. There was no excuse for not following my schedule last week but I didn't realize I was doing it ya know...IDK ..it just screws with your mind!! Now I will be more aware. I set a alarm on my phone to go off every 3 hours so when it goes off no matter what I am doing or if I am hungry or not I am eating!!

I also am having my work schedule changed to help me feel not so overwhelmed. Right now I Work 9am-5pm a normal day but I work 30mins from where I live so I have to leave at 8:30am and not get home till 5:30 or 6pm depending on the traffic. It is hard for me because when I get home I have to find time to work out cook dinner walk my dogs and still find time to relax with my husband who normally goes to bed at 9pm every night because he has to be up at 4:30am for work so I don't have a lot of time to do anything. But it I work 8-4pm I will get home at 430 and be able to work out and start dinner before I would even walk through the door working 9-5pm so it will give me an hour to have to do whatever... kinda excited about it!!

OHH I also added this months progress photos I can see some changes cant wait to see what another month will do!!
