I know what you are all going to say...no no no its bad to weight in constantly you should only weigh in weekly... Well I can't help myself!! Yesterday I weighed in at 193.0 YEAHHHHH that's another 1.4lbs lost yeah me!!. Now let hope I can maintain that or lose more before my Monday weigh in!!
I had a conversation with my best friend yesterday I told her I lost 3.2lbs, She was so excited from me! Then I dropped the big question I asked her if she thought that it would be possible for me to lose at least 40lbs by my deadline which as of today is 129 days left. She is my most honest and trustworthy friend and she said and I quote "You know I will always be honest....40lbs seems like a lot in 4 months, only because you are smaller to begin with, but don't let me discourage you!!" After reading this I did get discouraged because 40lbs in 4 months is a lot but I told myself I had to work that much harder to get there. My husband broke it down and said I would need to lose 2.5lbs a week to meet my goal. Which doesn't seem like a lot but kinda is. So I got a little upset that I wouldn't make my goal before my vacation and I'd just have to be a fat slob in Cancun and Put in Bay ...again ...
Then my motivation peaked, after I was done working out I sat and was watching TV I turned on the show I used to be fat and there was this girl named Kelly who started her weight loss journey at 186.6lbs and in 72 days she lost 30lbs and was down to 156lbs welllllllll I got so excited I thought if she could lose 30 lbs in 72days I could lose 40 in 129days. It will be hard because she had a trainer and probably worked out for 8 hours a day but I can try my hardest to get there, I WANT TO BE SEXY ON THE BEACH!!! Bikini is all I have to tell myself and it is on!!!
My husband and our friend R.J. are supposed to sign up at the gym I go to today so that we can all set up a routine together and make it happen together, work out after work and stuff and help each other. My husband started what he calls a diet and work out routine already, that consists of running in the treadmill for 12 mins to do a mile then eating less food not better food but just not as much and in 1 week he lost 9lbs I HATE GUYS why can they lose it so easily! Not Fair!! He started at 251 and is now down to 242 WTF!! Aghhh anyway, That's all I have for today so yeah have a great day!!
