Life kinda sucks!!

Well peeps....Today is DAY 17 of P90X for me! LOVIN IT BTW!! But Life strikes again, I have a 5k coming up for anyone who didn't know. It is May 14th and I am so excited for it!! I went running on Thursday last week the first time I have ran since the beginning of Feb. and I ran 1.2 miles in 20 mins not bad for just getting back into it. AND here is where tragedy hits. I warmed up and stretched for about 10 mins and then went and ran 1.2 miles (well run/walk) and I came back and did KenpoX (it was kenpo day) and was great everything was awesome but Friday night I started having a pain in my leg in the shin area but kinda of to the side so I rested it.

Then Sat. I worked out and did Chest and Back (which I did all my push ups without being on my knees!!) and I noticed my left leg was swollen and hurt So I iced it that night and went to bed I felt amazing Sun. Until I tried to do Plyometrics. I got 20mins into it and I could barley put weight on my leg it hurt so bad so I had to stop I was BAD! SO I Iced it some more and after a while it was ok and then I put heat on it at night....

AND it still hurts!!!!!!! So I called and made an appt. with my PT guy hoping he can help a bit, but I have to get back into it I have to train for my run and I don't want to stop P90X so I did my workout today which was shoulders and arms and was fine(not much leg working here) but I have legs and back coming up so will see I guess! I cant give up!

Part of me wants to push through the pain but part of me is saying bad idea bad idea! So I don't know what to do. I decided since I couldn't finish Plyo yesterday on Friday I will do plyo and not to stretch X. And just bust it out this week before the recovery week. Wish me luck!
