Good/Bad Week!!

Well everyone this week has been strange to say the least. I started a new work schedule at work and it really messed with my workout schedule I workout only 4 times last week. So I have decided to start over my Insanity program and just start over the week I lost on P90X. So I will finish my programs while I am on vacation. Not sure how I am going to swing that but Ill take the dvds with me!

BUT even with my lack of exercise and my semi bad eating habits I still managed to loose 1.8lbs. And 2 inches total all over...I officially do not understand weight loss. But I am back on track as of today. I am starting Insanity tomorrow!! Kinda crazy!!

OHH and my first 5k is this sat. yay me!! My leg pain is doing better with the awesome work of my physical therapy. So hopefully I can make it through the run without to much pain. I also had my first Volleyball game of the season and we won 1 out of the 3 games we played but we lost only by a point or two so they were really close games!! Pretty good for our first games and for not playing together and no practice!!
