Well well well...

Well first off all....I got my blood work back and I do not have a thyroid problem YAY...Second I got my x-ray results back and I do not have stress fractures YAY.. However my ankle still hurts to move certain directions BOO!!!

Today I posted my day 30 pictures for the summer slim down challenge and looking at them got me sad. I got hardly no where in 30 days...stupid dumb ankle and stupid shins aghh...I still cant push hard and do much with my ankle this way the doctor said it should be fine... 100% fine by June 5th but I want a full 30days to push hard and now I cant have that.

I also feel a bit gun shy about jumping and doing things that could make me roll my ankle again. That is also gonna slow me down...

I am going to start my 3 week cleanse starting June 5th or 6th. I should not say cleanse it isn't a cleanse its more of a jump start into eating clean, it is unrelated to the eat clean diet but same idea. I have done this cleanse once before and I lost 20lbs in 2 months sooo hopefully I can help jump start myself...I hate this cleanse however with a passion!! Its not bad but I just hate been limited to things but I will make it work!! I HAVE TO!!..

I have posted some more progress photos for you to see..and I will update my measurements soon too.

I am Doomed Forever

I had this great talk with my Beachbody coach the other day when I was feeling a bit down and very sad about whats going on with my body and how I have not been seeing any changes these last few weeks for unexplained reasons and I told her I felt like I was doomed to be fat forever and she talked me into my senses and I decided to be a bit more determined and do things a bit differently little changes can make a big difference. So I started that. Sat was great I did my P90X workout and then Insanity I sweated buckets and felt great! My motivation was kicked into high gear......until.....Yesterday.....

....I was starting my workout I started with Insanity then was going to do P90X. I started off great BUT within 8mins of Insanity I was doing High knees and when I was transitioning from left to right leg I landed awful on my left foot and then rolled it outward! I fell to the ground in pain. I thought I broke my ankle but I was able to stand and put weight on it no problem, but walking and certain movements hurt so bad!

I think I may have sprained it...so... I got up determined not to quit I kept thinking if football players can do it I can I wrapped my ankle really tight to restrict movement and got back to my workout. I tried really hard to make it through modifying move so my ankle wouldn't tweak but I couldn't do it. So I was going to switch to P90X but realized it was Plyo day, that was not going to happen with my ankle. So I started to do kenpo instead but the kicks started to hurt. I got sooo discouraged I quit my ankle hurt so bad and I just didn't know what to do. So I googled sprained ankle and read about what to do with it and if I should go to the doctors for it. I am afraid I torn some stuff but it is hardly swollen so I am going to wait till tomorrow to see my physical therapist and see what he thinks.

My husband wants me to start boxing so I am going to do some shadow boxing with him to keep my cardio up. But I really feel right now that something is tyring to stop me from working out and bettering myself. Every time something gets in the way or makes it extremely hard to do what I want to do.....By the way I didn't loss any weight this week but I didn't gain any either. So I guess that is a plus

Was excited now I am Sad....

Well this week was Great!! I worked out didn't miss a beat I did have a cheat meal to celebrate my friends graduation from college. But I ran my race 3.23 miles and was ok. I had volleyball the night before so Sat. I woke up to my leg pain again yay of course it would hurt the day of my race so I couldn't run like I wanted to because the pain was to great!! But considering I ran and walked and ran and walked the whole race I finished in 48 mins and 11 sec. Had I not stopped running I probably could have finished in 35mins ish. So a little disappointed but what could i do I tried my best with what was wrong.

After feeling to accomplished from my race I felt like crap Sun my legs hurt so bad i could barley move! I Still cant!! So today I weighed in and to my surprise I gained 1.2lbs WTF!!?!?!?!
After all my hard work this week and everything I have done I still gained I wanted to cry, I still do I just do not get it!!

My dad thinks maybe I have a thyroid problem because I gained it so quickly so I am going to the doctors on Thurs yay blood work here I come!

Good/Bad Week!!

Well everyone this week has been strange to say the least. I started a new work schedule at work and it really messed with my workout schedule I workout only 4 times last week. So I have decided to start over my Insanity program and just start over the week I lost on P90X. So I will finish my programs while I am on vacation. Not sure how I am going to swing that but Ill take the dvds with me!

BUT even with my lack of exercise and my semi bad eating habits I still managed to loose 1.8lbs. And 2 inches total all over...I officially do not understand weight loss. But I am back on track as of today. I am starting Insanity tomorrow!! Kinda crazy!!

OHH and my first 5k is this sat. yay me!! My leg pain is doing better with the awesome work of my physical therapy. So hopefully I can make it through the run without to much pain. I also had my first Volleyball game of the season and we won 1 out of the 3 games we played but we lost only by a point or two so they were really close games!! Pretty good for our first games and for not playing together and no practice!!
